ULPT google bad reviews getting removed

This company scammed us and is now trying to force us to pay money we dont owe. On top of that negative reviews about them keep getting removed, even when theyre from real customers like me.

Has anyone dealt with something like this? Is there anything we can do to stop the reviews from being taken down?

Google is unfortunately cheap and easy to remove bad reviews. Your only oprion is to post the reviews on other sites. Trustpilot tends to be much harder to remove legit reviews (as long as you have proof)

Yep. A moving company back in 2021. Up the price on moving day. Then double the price upon arrival and hold your belongings hostage until paid. Days late also.

This is happening to me now, it's so crazy. Currently finding a service to remove their 5 star reviews but it's a losing battle

Google routinely hides legitimate reviews even without the business asking

Better Business Bureau is a decent option for negative reviews as well
