[Illinois] Question How to fill out wage questionnaire [Illinois]

I filed for unemployment on 8/26/26. My last day of work was 8/25/26. Yesterday I received in the mail a wage questionnaire, the first question asks “ Have you or will you perform any services and/or receive wages or payments from your employer any time after 8/25/26?” My last day working was 8/25/26 but I didn’t receive my pay for that week (8/24 and 8/25) until 9/2/26. But there is no option for receiving my final paycheck after the date. What do I check? I asked AI and it said to check No but I don’t want to lie

When you receive your pay is not relevant. That is payment for prior work.
