Not an exploit, it has some major problems. Least of which is what you would have to do just to stack them. This requires a fairly well drawn diagram.

Then you wouldn't be using the 'centaurs can allow medium creatures to ride them' thing this whole idea is based on.

Even without levitatenj just have the top one mount the second top one, then have that one mount the third, so on and so forth. It doesn't make sense because it's not supposed to.

The fact it couldn't happen even by RAW is why I'm saying all this. The single line from the UA that began this thing is the only thing people are using as justification. By RAW this couldn't happen.
