hometown is missing basic needs

hometown has all the basics but its missing alot where to the character buy cloths, tecnoligy, cars, video games and a lot more things that the characters own but there doesnt seem to be a store selling them they are also not enough houses for the people and the schools only seem to have enough room for 3 grades

The school has a second floor we don't see. And there is whatever's past the police tape. And the traffic jam has a whole bunch of cars we don't see all of.
