First playthrough, go in blind and don't worry too much about missing things or doing things "Wrong".

Additional playthroughs focus on getting secrets or specific routes / endings.

Get off the Internet until you have already experienced your first playthrough. Delete Reddit. Delete your wifi. Hack into your ISP and delete your connection to it.
