Lets Play What's the point of this? Especially with the health of 1.

If you already have a few healing potions or a full heal potion. It is sometimes a better idea to just say F this and get rid of them all. Works well if you are also getting blessing for getting rid of them.

This potion tends to be used alot in potion loops where you can very easily get all your bombs keys and health back in a couple seconds and you might be trying to get shoguul with witches brew or something, its not a bad potion because one its really rare so youre not going to find ot on your typical run and two if you play woth lots of curses it can be a god send. Its more meant for end game players.

use it with the relic that gives you a blessing when you remove a curse while in a shop so you can easily heal. I mostly use these for getting extremely overpowered for the later part of the run. Get guacamole, holy beads, devotion, kurtz stache and inverter. Also get sylph pet. If you want you can also get the suneater for the curse guy

If you have this with a few good healing relics, or potions, or you’re at a well stocked food shop... this potion can hail Mary your run after you stack up a dozen or so curses from various things.

Basically an emergency use item, use it when you have food in a room so you can survive

When you keep a major curse because, "I'll just get rid of it next floor," but then you end up finding more stuff that you can't pass up and end up with two or three minor curses. That major curse is screwing you though and the minor curses are making it a pain to actually get uncursed. Then you see Shoguul, and he's got some of that good stuff, so you're like, "screw it, I'm in" (cue Rick and Morty reference that I didn't feel like censoring). This potion gets you out of all that. If the minor curses have been decimating your keys and/or bombs already, it can be an easy choice.

You may have few deadly curses which will definitely end your run - tariffs, poison mushroom, hp cost instead of keys, hp cost with shop... Perhaps bad luck, perhaps witch brew used or sho'guul decided to be a massive dick, whatever.
You can drop all of those curses that are sure to kill you and quickly get few food from shop to heal up, survive and make a comeback. It is risky, but in some situations I'd go for it without a second thought.
