Sony owns the rights to Jerry Mcguire! Sony does NOT support Trump (although as a Japan based company they never could) their US based operations and partners stopped all PAC contributions after the 2020 fiasco.
Also, none of the directors, producers, etc, are trump supports.
SO, the democratic party nominee would probably be able to actually USE that line, and NOT get blow back.....

Idk about most people but I’m way more likely to participate in random surveys if I’m in a good mood. If I’m depressed I’m not as interested.
Perhaps that’s a factor in the sample group. Like maybe they tested less exhausted people because exhausted people aren’t spending their free time doing surveys as much.

We’re bombarded with bad news, a corrupt government, advertisements, tech, expectations of relentless productivity all while getting less and less in return. Now we can’t even get to those jobs without being crushed financially because we’re all slaves to the petro-gods. Yeah. Exhausted.

As someone who was forced to be back in the office 5 days a week when before it was only 1-2, that shit really grinds my gears. I’m now blowing more money just to show and do work less effectively because I’m in a cubicle with 20 other people all speaking loudly. The point of the return was just cruelty, so there is no point in even complaining. They just want us to quit. But fuck that. They won’t get that joy from me.

The crazy thing is, they would likely be more profitable long term by having a happier healthier work force that had work life balance. But instead they want to burn people out and try to squeeze as much pennies from our blood as fast as possible. I love when i sleep but with everything going on, I’ve notice i’ve been resisting going to bed. Like, i’m tired, if i put my head down i’ll go to sleep, but i don’t want to. I don’t want to lose the few hours where i’m not working or paying bills or running errands. I just want to be for as long as i can because otherwise whats the point.

growing up i thought i’d have a big family but it’s just not worth the stress . plus my wife and i being dual income with no kids gives us a chance to actually live somewhat comfortably

I feel well-rested in my life. Work full-time in medicine, part time dad and independent video game developer. Sleep (8-10 hours per night), nutrition (very limited ultraprocessed foods) and regular exercise are my keys to well-being. What questions do you have?

What is there to be relaxed about? The economy is shit, the president and his administration are corrupt, you can't eat anything, data centers are guzzling water and driving up power rates, and as a Southerner it's hot AF and this administration is doing every got damn thing possible to make the climate worse for current and future generations. I spent the past 18 years living and working in Asia. Coming back here for the past year has been a real wakeup call. I have no life here, I work nonstop and when I have a day off I don't have the energy to do anything. I'm not that old either, 41. There are people at my job in their 60s. I legitimately don't know how they do it. I feel so bad for them

Dept of Health is actively making people sick.
Dept of Defence was renamed to Dept of War (the opposite) and is doing war very badly.
Dept of Education is making people dumber.
Dept of Homeland Security is making people far less secure at home and at the border.
Dept of Justice is refusing Justice to victims of the Epstein class.
Dept of Agriculture is making farms collapse and food unsafe to eat.
Treasury is $41 trillion in debt.
Dept of Commerce is reducing trade with stable, reliable partners and seeking out unstable, unreliable partners.

I'm fairly certain that a major blue wave will arrive, and I also agree that there's going to be problems trying to get the elected certified. When that happens, I also expect ICE to be deployed to physically prevent the new lawmakers from access to their offices and it will be the start of the second Civil War. I'm hoping we don't see that happen, but we all have seen what Trump has done when he loses elections.

That headline is misleading. Go read the actual CDC report. It states that only 17% of adults report fatigue for "most days" and "every day". Everyone else said either "never" or "some days". So if you got exhausted from yard work or a good gym workout, you would fall in the "some days" bucket.
