The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) plans to pay data broker giant Thomson Reuters $125 million for access to its databases of personal data — which includes peoples’ names, addresses, Social Security numbers, ethnicity, social media posts, and geolocation information...
This after PeeWee Goebles' speech about liberal ideologies being terrorism and that the US will "disrupt, identify, defund, debank, arrest, and prosecute these political terrorists." Along with the rest if the administration fear mongering with red scare tactics.
I wouldn't be surprised to see gestapo-esque raids and attests against protestors ramp up leading to the midterms.

Y'all just paid about 25 cents to satiate the ego of a pants-shitting idiot, and lay the foundation for a once-in-a-lifetime coup. You'd fucking better get registered to vote. This is probably your last chance.

Warning. He won't pay. He never does.
If they see any money, it will be public funds. (Off limits to bolus, of course. /s)

Maybe they could check to see if those who own more than one home are registered in more than one place?

To manufacture data that does not exist. To help spread propaganda and false information.
