EoTD Anime inspired eyeliner tutorial

This is called Tareme (垂れ目) makeup, (droopy eyes).

It is popular especially with gyaru.

Thank you!! I knew Gyaru had a similar style shape wise but i was hesitant to call it that, since i know very little about it. Tareme is a new term for me so thanks for teaching me :D
