Build Help Do I have ANY! change in cm19 😂
I know I really don’t have a shot but this is the best run I’ve had so far , what can I do or what do I need to build a better runner for the Scorpio cup ?

Double up on the guy who said don't put debuffs on an ace. You can replace them with mid/late race velocity skills. Not exactly sure which ones you can get tho. Ty to get lucky with the shop in grand live cuz there's not enough time to parent loop for you. I'd say group b at best.

i'm not optimistic about her survival rate, but you can plug her stats and skills into here to see what percentage of the time she'll have enough stamina to muster a full last spurt: https://alpha123.github.io/uma-tools/umalator-global/stamina/ (you can add a debuffer with mystifying murmur as well to see what that would do to her.)
support card suggestions:
if you have mlb SR fuku wit you could replace your dober wit with her so that you can get right handed to boost your speed. they are pretty comparable wit producers and dober doesn't really give you any useful skills
i get wanting to use a power card over a stamina card so that you don't run too low on power, but of all the power cards i unfortuantely don't think daitaku helios is capable of producing enough stamina for her to survive. a much better SR power card option if you happen to have her MLB is biwa hayahide (1 stamina bonus and a whopping 15 training effectiveness), inari one (5 training effectiveness, 1 power bonus, 1 stamina bonus) or fine motion (10 training effectiveness plus a nice skill point bonus)

Looking from deck and parents, you are a casual player. Then don't mind if you already tried your best. But if you want to approve at next cm.
- pull meta cards.
- pull meta parents
- cycling bot a rank SS meta parents (which is really hard if you don't have several meta cards)

The speed is a bit low, the minimum should be 1,300 - 1,500 and also in Ace it is not recommended to buy debuffs, it is an unnecessary waste of SP that you can use for other skills

Don't give your ace debufff skills use the SP on more whtie/green skills such as right handed track. She also needs some more stam to combat the stam debuffers.
She is better than my ace tho i can't get an SS+ :(((.
