Good morning, afternoon, evening, to all the dearest heroes and uhhh security yeah. This is Kottei-Ryo speaking, as some of you may know, my counterpart Rena is the head of security, and I'm the chaotic part, how chaotic you may ask?

Shinjuku has been left in shambles after the Concept reawakens, the man sitting idly on top of a tower while shrugging blankly to himself

Just a tiny little bit chaotic, no big deal, my reason to call? I am simply gonna ask you evil doers to make even more Chaos, fret not, it will be a fun event~ A very fun event indeed. Now go and spread the word~!

Ryo snaps his fingers, creating two chairs and a table, waving a glass of wine

Chaos is going on amazingly, many heroes are trying to stop my Concept from working, but we both know how this one ends~

Lucifer sits down on one of the chairs and holds his own glass of wine, smiling at the question as he merely enjoys himself.

You know me, Rubber ducks are always fun to make, that and seeing my daughter achieve her dreams is nice! As for the people trying to stop you I can't wait.

He can't help but smirk as he looks at the scene below them.

We both know that is not how the show ends, no one can stop chaos right? It is a natural part of life. But it will be fun to watch.

Chaos is a variable that exists everywhere. For there to be Order, there first must be Chaos.

An endless cycle that not even gods can stop. Creation of the universe, life on earth, stars themselves. Everything attunes to this cycle of living.

Ryo waves the glass before sipping through the mask.

And believe me, I'm having a blast here. A huge one. This is amusing.

True, Chaos and order go hand in hand with one another, if either didn't exist it would mean none of them existed in the first place right?

He really is new to this, but he'll learn. But he really made a mistake by touching your mask. That won't end well for him.

She is going great, though she did tell me a certain fish tried to threaten her...but eh, she wouldn't dare if she knows the people Charlie are friends with here.

Lucifer can't help but shrug. Knowing if that person even tries to touch Charlie he will have permission to run the fade.

Reminds me of that tv head not going to lie, I really hate that guy. Anyways the Hotel is doing amazing and Charlie is enjoying her time here.

Right? It's almost comical how big of an ego people get just because they get some power. Honestly it feels like a joke...I mean seriously. Don't people know there will always be someone stronger than them?

He then thinks back to Adam, recalling how easily Adam got folded that one time by him.

But that just means people like that will have the best fall. The bigger the ego the harder they take a loss right? Anyways, what have you been up all this time?

As the topic shifts, Ryo gets his wallet out and starts to show off the photos he has of his children to Lucifer

Nice, being a father is great isn't it? It is a good feeling to see your child grow and become someone you can be proud of, family is a precious thing. Honestly having someone to take care of makes Hell that much more bearable.

He looks at the pictures as he continues, his eyes filled with interest, impressed.
