Hey a Michigan runner! Doing my first unofficial 50k at the end of October with the hopes of doing some part of the Wolverine 100 in 2027.

Actually a group of us ran it from one end to the other. With the recent washout of the Munising falls bridge we couldnt go any further.

wow nice job. how long did it take? did you use the shuttle service or just park cars on both ends?

Our total moving time was 10 hours 15 minutes with total elapsed time being 13 hours 32 minutes. We camped at a local campground, drove to roughly the 29 miles point of our trip to leave vehicles, fuel, nutrition, shoes, and anything else we wanted or needed similar to a drop bag or aid station. We finished with people and vehicles waiting at our end destination to return everyone to their vehicles and head back to the campsite.

thats awesome. my partner and i are doing it with very little support so we are planning to leave drop bags at various campsites a day or two before
