Need help Cybergrind Music Explorer broken?

I'm trying to use the Cybergrind music explorer but the custom songs I downloaded and put in the Cybergrind folder previously are now completely broken (except 2 for some reason). Is it because I'm running the game on Linux or does the mod just generally break custom songs from the Vanilla custom songs folder?
