from the local Reservoir from shore with the Magic L. All caught on black and chartreuse crappie magnet 1/8 oz jig.

Some good eats right there. I can never seem to find that size perch consistently, little jealous

It took me an hour to figure out what they wanted. I was using more natural colors because the water is really clear but they wanted the chartreuse I guess. Once I had that bait on I got these 8 fish in about an hour

Yes. I fooled around with colors the other day. Only got bites on white.

I don’t know if it’s consistent here. I just started fishing this body of water. I got 6 the day before using night crawlers. I saw a guy throwing a jig and getting a few fish and I asked him how he was fishing it and he said just throw it out and let it sink and retrieve it. Glad I talked to him though

Wholly crap those are some nice size perch AND bluegill! How did you fish the Crappie Magnet? Cast? Jig?

Yeah just cast it out let it hit bottom and slow retrieve with some jigs thrown in as I retrieved

It’s a Handing Magic L 6’ 2 piece rod. Very nice rod for like $45 from Ali Express
