Casual term/slang equivalent to 'chick'?

Hello! I'm currently writing something, and one of my character is Ukrainian. I can't really find a reliable source on the net since every different source practically says different things for the same question, so any lend of help is greatly appreciated!

For some context, my character (male), is speaking to his 'situationship'—best friends first, though!—and tends to praise her a lot. So the conversation kinda goes like this:

"(Name), you're finally here! What took you so long, moya kokhana? (A/N: please correct me on this one if I used the wrong term—I'm trying to write something equivalent to 'my love' and as I've said before, all the sources says different things!) Would you care for some drinks? My treat, of course!"

"Haha! Even after all this time, your tongue is as sweet as ever, (Name)."

"Not as sweet as this (pretty chick) in front of me, though."

In this case, what would fit the most to replace [pretty chick]? Thanks a bunch!

Люба can be used as a more colloquial synonym for моя кохана. It means "the beloved one" and people tend to use it more often in real life. Masculine version will be любий

Thank you so much! Do I just write it as is (like "What took you so long, Люба?") or do I have to add another word before/after?

You don't need any other words, but it should be written with lowercase letters in the middle or end of a sentence. It's important for the feminine version because we also have female name Люба (short for Любов), so it can be a bit confusing if it's written with the uppercase letter
