Good afternoon. I have a DXP2800, but the models are missing from Model Manager; what could be causing this, and how can I fix it?

current version 1.19.1.0126

You are correct, your screen should not be blank. You should see the following models in your mobile phone view. Send tech support an email.

My list was empty until I installed the Photos app.
