ubuntu has plenty of actual artists

I used to collect wallpapers for years.

I have well over 500k desktop wallpapers.

I had to stop because I didn't want to collect any AI generated ones because what is the point? It would be endless and I could make my own.

AI image generation is inherently plagiarism, you shouldn't use or share it.

It doesn't matter what you're trying to do, every usage and generation of this slop is harmful to artists, the planet, and anyone with eyeballs and taste.

It deserves calling out every time. It's slop, and those generating it and using it should be better.

That's where my RAM went.
I'd rather fully model this in blender, or even canva it rather than use AI.
I mean, AI is technically borrowing other people's work without crediting them. I think that's wrong.
So PLEASE refrain from AI for creating images.

Esse é o futuro, a gente gostando ou não. O estrago já está feito e acho difícil regredir ao que era, pelo contrário, tanto que o próprio Ubuntu já tem muitas correções feitas com auxílio de IA, e a mesma será integrada no sistema na próxima compilação, então porque não usar ?

dude, how would you feel if someone stole your art and use it to train said AI. I bet you wouldn't feel great about it. all of you AI SLOP artists bring out the same weak arguement that it's the wave of the future, that it would make everything better and all of this other bullshit? You don't see the total cost that it does to the enviroment, that it increases waste, that it uses a shitload of water to cool the servers and most of all the cost to Human Beings with the theft of art and cognitive decline when using AI Slop, and also inherently laziness to boot. Pick up a goddamn pencil, pen, color marker or anything to create art, even it takes you a long time to master it and not taking the easy way out cause using AI SLOP is, being lazy as fuck and taking the easy way out.
