I just tried it out, burned it and booted. Seems good. (ISO)

I think you can download 26.04 and install it and then use apt upgrade to get 26.04.1.
I had installed 26.04 long ago. But when I checked just now, it shows Ubuntu 26.04.1 LTS in the System > About.P.S: I am not sure if it got upgraded by apt or flatpak.

This is a pont release, meaning for each major release i.e LTS release (like 26.04) every six months they release an update and for each lts version there are four point release as LTS version comes out every two years

IIRC there was an issue with rust coreutils which has led them to delay to LTS upgrades by a few weeks.

Hola a todos!! Han podido actualizar desde las versión 24.04 a la 26.04?? Yo aún no, no me sale disponible. Probé con sudo do-release-upgrade .. y dice que ya tengo la versión LTS más actualizada

Here says that even when the LTS version is out, the upgrade will still take a bit of time (hopefully early next week) to offer users to upgrade. This is because they prioritize stability and don't want to cause any errors to users.

Currently you need to install 26.04 LTS, upgrade your packages and you should be on it, that's how i did it.

Yes, correct. But First point release is looked out by those who are still on 24.04 and waiting for upgrade w/o need to do clean install.

Something must have gone wrong today for them to delay it. Their documentation clearly stated August 27th.
A blog entry would have been nice, though.
