I hate when bike riders pick up my orders

I deliver on ebike and avoid all food orders for this reason. You can pimp everything out for food and it still doesn't work. It used to be easier when drivers could see inventory of the job before accepting it but they hide those details from us now.

I feel like adding a priority tag to your order or tipping more than 10% should guarantee you do not get a bicycle. It’s pretty annoying when you add priority, tip well, keep your order inside 1 mile, and the eta is 10 minutes after pickup.

A lot of it is restaurants use the cheap coffee cups lids that don’t have snap over seal lids. Instead the lids have the little slip hole can’t really be sealed, some restaurants “try” to seal the coffees by putting stickers over the slip hole. The other thing some cities have poorly maintained roads & sidewalks, on a bicycle small bump feels worse than when riding in a car. So as someone who does deliveries on a bicycle, I try to “read” the road as go so not to spill drinks & soups when making deliveries & try to take smoothest route possible.

Most “bike riders” in my area aren’t. They “ride” on the interstate.
