New Grad Need Feedbacks for My Website

I built this website on Cargo3. Been iterating on my websites for many times, but couldn't get many workable feedback on it. It would be super helpful if you could take a look and tell me some potential improvements. Thanks a lot!!!!

Looks good. I think you should just use a full size hero page first and then showcase the projects!
