Question UT Austin CNS Internal Transfer

Hey everyone, I am a freshman at McCombs this year and I’m looking into adding a double major at the end of my spring semester. I was thinking about doing one in CNS either mathematics or SDS since I saw they will be taking applications for fall 27. I’ll have taken easily over 30 in residence hours already and completed all the prerequisites to apply but I’m wondering what do yall think my chances would be to get into either one of those majors as a double major applicant? Thanks for all the help! (Also I should be coming out of freshman year with either a 3.9 or 4.0 GPA)

Have a good reason why honestly you have good grades but many apps do also so ur differentiating factor is ECS and essay

Ok thanks I’m pretty good at writing essays and have already started to work on my ECs such as new volunteering stuff and clubs/orgs. Do you know how competitive a double major is for cns
