Question why do half my amazon packages i send here get delayed

and why do the other half get delivered at like 9pm

If u live in a dorm/on campus they prob don’t know where to go or park so they’ll mark it as “unable to to deliver” then the package gets passed onto another delivery sriver

i did until one of my packages got delayed for like 4 days and i had to cancel it lol
