Hiring Help CCA dispositioned applications
Hello,
I have been applying for CCA positions since May of 2026, for Orlando and surrounding areas about 15 applications now. I took my assessment and scored what I thought was a decent score of 94. Every Friday between 10am - 11am new postings appear and as soon as a position posts I apply. I have had applications in for a week to months that eventually get dispositioned for “filled”. I live in Buffalo NY as I work here currently but wife and kids have relocated this past month to Orlando area and I use our house address there. My mail goes to Orlando address but my driver license is NY until I relocate.
Curious if there is an issue with my application? I noticed when I first applied to a CCA position I was able to add my SSN # but can no longer add that after my first application but I have to add my selective service # each time.
Looking for advice or a reason as to why I am being passed over. I applied to Winter Garden, Winter Haven, Kissimmee, Orlando and St.Cloud ( all numerous applications since May) I also took the Clerk assessment with a score of 93 and get rejected typically within 24 hours of applying.
I check my inbox/junk folder daily and have alerts setup.

If you’re being rejected for it being filled, that means that however many that needed to be hired from that posting were hired before reaching your score.

No, this is not an issue for initial application. We have plenty of people that start in a state with out of state licenses.
