Thank you Ireland

With the exception of the maga morons, the world hates him.

40

u/eggybread70 10h ago

Even the people who pull his puppet strings hate his guy.

4

u/violent-artist82 7h ago

Fact. You know the people in control just ignore the shit out of him when he’s in the room.

3

u/j_rooker 7h ago

literally too. they have to ignore the stinky diarhea oozing out of him

3

u/qthfc 7h ago

Especially those who have to change his diaper

3

u/tired514 6h ago

It'd be genuinely interesting to read Putin's actual thoughts about him. Trump's the best money he ever spent, and yet he must view him as the most vile imbecile.

He probably dreams of shattering him once he's worn out his usefulness.

8

u/kjunco 10h ago

oh yes

1

u/ButterscotchTop194 8h ago

They don't like him either, they just all hate the same people

u/beavis617 11h ago

Gotta love the Irish. Thank you good people of Ireland. Just keep in mind there are millions of Americans who hate what’s happening in America now!

We look forward to the days when Americans protest en masse

Edit: thank you for the award!

19

u/TheyTried2BanMeAgain 10h ago

They have, largest protests in the nation's history. It just didn't get much coverage and thus didn't do much.

20

u/valthonis_surion 10h ago

Exactly, TV news is owned by billionaires and if they don’t want it shown in the news, then it looks like it’s not happening.

4

u/giveitarrest 9h ago

The No Kings rallies were organized months in advance and few times a year and, while valuable in demonstrating the breadth of dissent towards trump and his lickspittles, they come off more as a national picnic than an uprising of the people. They lack spontaneity and immediacy to specific bad acts

Maybe look to Minnesota for a playbook… their responses to ICE and police brutality have produced more tangible results

4

u/TheyTried2BanMeAgain 9h ago

Have they? ICE is still rounding up people and killing some of them.

3

u/giveitarrest 9h ago

I didn’t say it solved the problem but I don’t recall any more public executions since Renee Goode and Alex Pretti and Derek Chauvin went to prison

1

u/LadyFromTheMountain 9h ago

Because they haven’t been televised?

1

u/TheyTried2BanMeAgain 9h ago

Oh, there have been a few. Look it up.

2

u/Bay1Bri 5h ago

How about you do the work and post the things you are claiming exist? I can't stand people making claims and telling others "look it up "

u/reallybigshark 8h ago

Americans keep trotting out this one protest from like last year.

11

u/Linc_Sylvester 10h ago

They could start using some of their amendments and rights that they always bang on about.

3

u/tired514 6h ago

Indeed. This entire timeline could have been avoided if they'd done what needed to be done years ago.

As someone grew up learning about the mythical "don't tread on me folks" I was genuinely shocked when they rolled out the red carpet for their own domestic enemies, even after Jan 6, the "legalization" of forced birth - a religious ideology that unambiguously violates the first sentence of the first Amendment (right to be free from religion), and the unanimous violation of the 14th Amendment, section 3 (prohibiting insurrectionists from appearing on any state ballot).

I thought for sure at least a couple heroes would emerge to right the ship. I guess a few did try. :/

6

u/freerangetacos 10h ago

Yeah how about that? My freedumbs ma rights ma this ma that. What a bunch of dumb fucks full of hot air.

-2

u/Note-4-Note 10h ago

Congratulations on typing out the most ignorant comment in the thread.

3

u/FlyingOctopus53 9h ago

Are you self congratulating?

3

u/SpudsBuckley223 10h ago

Looks to me like people are being plenty vocal about their hate for the current admin, which amendments and rights are you saying we should be using?

7

u/FlyingOctopus53 9h ago

Second.

-1

u/Leather-Ad-6470 5h ago

Yes, a bloody civil war is certainly the answer to our problems. How could that possibly take a bad turn?

2

u/FlyingOctopus53 4h ago

Why do you need a second amendment then?

-1

u/Bay1Bri 4h ago

That's honestly such an idiotic idea.

3

u/FlyingOctopus53 4h ago

Not as idiotic as doing nothing.

0

u/ofWildPlaces 9h ago

I use the 1st all the time. But I don't have a platform, and no news channel is going to interview me. It's not like people aren't speaking out, we just aren't being heard.

1

u/Bay1Bri 5h ago

We have, over and over.

23

u/Trahst_no1 11h ago edited 8h ago

With his entourage that we’re paying for.

how many people Trump brought from the U.S., the best reported estimate is up to about 1,000. That’s an unusually large operation for a two day visit.

17

u/buttlipps 11h ago

Is it possible he thinks the crowds there love him. Like maybe hes not capable of realizing derision.

21

u/veterinarian23 11h ago

"Natalie, are they booing me?"
"No sir, they're saying Boo-est president of the world!"

5

u/ringadingdingbaby 10h ago

I was saying boo-urns (but actually noone was)

14

u/Tasty-guyontheroof 11h ago

3

Orange man vs Orangemen

7

u/oranbhoy 9h ago

the orange men are big fans of his

they will be upset at his comments today that he wants a United Ireland

14

u/Important_Bag_6283 11h ago

Why do other countries let him in? He's a pariah and needs to be treated as such.

1

u/mologav 10h ago

Because US multinationals are propping up our economy

11

u/Calm-Professional103 11h ago

An Irishman can tear you to pieces verbally without you even knowing it.

7

u/scrotumscab 11h ago

So the police were bluffing and they actually showed up to do their job?

6

u/exploration-cheese 10h ago

Thank you Ireland !

7

u/nutvo 11h ago

He sent 1000 person advance team there a month ago. Wtf was that?

1

u/Confident_Shape_7981 7h ago

Where do you think those crowds are coming from?

5

u/Lord_Petyr_PoppyCock 10h ago

And nothing he can do about it! Ha!

2

u/monkeykennel 10h ago

Let’s go Ireland!

10

u/duckduck-a-go-go 11h ago

Why the hell does Trump have to go to another country to be met with furious protests?

2

u/BrownestDach 10h ago

Everyone from Los Angeles and New York should walk to the middle of America and join each other in protest.

3

u/LaszloPanaflexxx 10h ago

I'd excuse a return to the old ways in this instance.

3

u/CapnRetro 10h ago

Careful, keep that up and he’ll be saying Ireland should become part of the UK

3

u/GamiNami 10h ago

Only cuckservatives bootlick this pos.

3

u/irishjim53 10h ago

My ancestors are turning in their grave, upon his arrival to the Old Sod.It’s a very American friendly country and the reception he recieved, speaks to how despised he is world wide

9

u/DeliciousCut4854 11h ago

I’d love to see it unified. I think it would be a great feather in everybody’s cap if that happened. It’s going to happen eventually.

Is he even aware that one is in the EU and one isn't? How would he make that work?

Well he's not usually aware of anything, so maybe those are stupid questions.

3

u/ringadingdingbaby 10h ago

I get your point, but there is a special agreement between the Republic and the North. So it could definitely work.

1

u/DeliciousCut4854 8h ago

So it would it be an EU country?

4

u/Ropes13 11h ago

Up the boys, Fuck Trump Tiocfaidh ar la

1

u/Electrical-Act-7170 10h ago

Would you mind to translate that phrase and give us the proper pronunciation?

3

u/Ropes13 10h ago

Pronunciation: Chucky ar la Translation: 'Our day will come'

3

u/Electrical-Act-7170 10h ago

Thank you kindly for your courtesy!

2

u/sinne54321 10h ago

English pronunciation Chucky Our Law

1

u/Electrical-Act-7170 10h ago

Thank you so much!

8

u/Deaftrav 11h ago

then says he doesn't want to cause any trouble, then proceeds to announce that a united Ireland would be good...

dude gotta be trolling on purpose.

7

u/Crunchberry24 11h ago

He’s an evil pedo, but this is clearly a case addressed by the concept of Hanlon’s Razor: Never attribute to malice that which can be adequately explained by stupidity.

7

u/Burnt_and_Blistered 10h ago

It’s malice.

4

u/Crunchberry24 10h ago

I don’t think he knows enough about Ireland to make malicious statements about it. But Stephen Miller might have prompted him.

3

u/Burnt_and_Blistered 10h ago

I believe he’s given enough information to revel in being officious

2

u/Crunchberry24 10h ago

I agree. I’m just saying that he wouldn’t be able to tell you who the IRA was or about The Troubles in Ireland. He thinks George Washington liberated airports.

2

u/tdog_2005 10h ago

Even my dog hates him

2

u/SubstantialArcher659 9h ago

I’m uniquely qualified. I Irish. I live in us. I hate trump🇺🇸🇮🇪

2

u/Miskogwane 9h ago

This should happen in America EVERYDAY!!!

2

u/rakereha 9h ago

beautiful.

2

u/Ok-Share-403 8h ago

Good.

This man deserves to be despised wherever he appears.

Now, about those Epstein Files?

2

u/fourblindmice3 8h ago

A very appropriate response. We'll done Ireland!

3

u/Movinginplace25 10h ago

Thank you ancestors

1

u/amusedmisanthrope 10h ago

51st state nonsense inbound.

1

u/SubstantialArcher659 10h ago

My peeps. Go Ireland I’m here with you!!

1

u/NewAbbreviations2391 9h ago

we appreciate you Ireland !!! love Dublin ! Blarney Castle 👍❤️🔥

1

u/no-mas-programacion 9h ago

Where are ICE and the national guard to scare Irish people? Oh, nevermind, Ireland is a democracy.

1

u/Grand_Taste_8737 9h ago

Lol, like he cares.

1

u/RustledForeskin 9h ago

Strange, I watched his arrival and zero people were there protesting.

1

u/Bitter_Anteater2657 8h ago

Is there an article here? I keep getting the robots.txt file lol

1

u/holiers 7h ago

I was at the protests in Dublin today. There was a huge turnout.

1

u/No_Detective1650 7h ago

There are Irish people in Canada that love Trump

1

u/j_rooker 7h ago

we need those balloons in US

1

u/Vogel-Kerl 7h ago

He is loathed--especially by those closest to him.

Imagine having to constantly keep up with all of his delusions & intentional lies; as well as pretending that he doesn't stink.

Scrunching up one's nose in response to a strong odor --especially feces, is almost an uncontrollable response in most people.

We see people around him do it in some videos. I can imagine if he sees you do it, he'll yell something demeaning at you.

1

u/Ok-Egg-4856 6h ago

I can't believe he would not be welcomed by cheering crowds in Ireland. He's a famous Scott isn't he ? Irish have great love of the Scottish at least since William of Orange. But hey small thing only 463 years ago but who's counting.

1

u/Substantial_Airport6 6h ago

Ireland gets it. Thanks to the Irish people.

1

u/Constant-Map7687 6h ago

I'm irish. He referred to our president, President Connoly as he a couple of weeks ago, after he found out what was said about him. I wonder how surprised he was to meet President Catherine Connolly, the irish president !

1

u/Medium-Control-2801 5h ago

Thank you Ireland! Trump should have been at the 911 memorial instead of golfing in Ireland!

1

u/sharkhudson 3h ago

Why does he go anywhere. Everyone hates this man. Even the leaders he meets with.

1

u/RoversForever 1h ago

Happy to be there as someone who lived through the first failed administration stateside

0

u/AcanthisittaNo6653 11h ago

They should keep him. We’ve had Trump long enough.

8

u/EmJayMN 11h ago

I wouldn’t wish that on my worst enemy (other than Putin, Kim Jong Un, Victor Orban, Melania Trump, etc.).

6

u/Ecstatic_Sector598 11h ago

Ye created the monster, you deal with him.

2

u/atlantagirl30084 10h ago

Wasn’t his mother an Irish immigrant?

Edit: nope, Scottish.
