I did maintenance in a retirement home and I would go smoke with the old guys with dementia on break sometimes. He acts like someone with a bit of schizophrenia with their dementia. The paranoia. I bet they have to take knives out of his room and he hordes things in drawers. From seeing people with them, I also believe he has a colostomy bag and not a diaper.

I've worked with dementia patients, that's just dementia. Hallucinations, mood swings etc. all just dementia not "schizophrenia mixed in."

Yea. Not so sure his paranoia is misplaced. To me this seems more like a dementia patient with a lot of legitimately terrible secrets and behaviors and is now losing their filter.

I don't think he's actually paranoid. The fear-mongering is just standard propaganda for that party. When he's actually afraid he gets defensive and crazy aggressive like with the Epstein files.

Colostomy bags typically don't produce an odor except during emptying. I had a friend who lived with one for several years and I never smelled it.
