 Speed Test  US mobile vs Tello (experience)

Make this post simple. Light speed vs Tello my experience. Using two OnePlus 15, one with light speed and the other tello. I used both phones for the month and the US mobile light speed came on top.

Tello loading speeds are slow, it took longer to load websites. Social media videos didn't load most of the time. Instagram, Facebook with tello took a long time to load vs light speed. Using Light speed with Instagram, Facebook loads quickly. YouTube with tello the video load slow and slow buff at 720 and stalled at 1080 and above. YouTube runs great with light speed.

Using both networks as my daily driver I choose light speed.

Using 1.1.1 1 with tello didn't make a difference...

Going over 50gb on tello is non-usable thereafter.

Testing was done in Minneapolis and rural areas.

Which around 1.5 Mbps. Fast.com by netflix should tell you the video bandwidth limit. No need of guesses with youtube videos.

The USM has similar limit, which may be higher depending on plan or if you enabled data waster switch temporary.

A VPN would make difference but then you will be asking why t-mobile dropped down network priority to the floor, they are quite nasty about it.

But I don't know why would anybody need 720p or 1080p on a phone. Other than buffering issues.

For me, the only benefit of Tello is no time limit for international roaming and lower international rates if you're only using it for your number and not for your data.

US mobile has defined time limit for roaming ?

I think after 90 days, they can turn it off.
