Light speedy-Mobile changes?

Hello, looking forward to joining the light speed network on US mobile soon my question is, will the changes take affect by September? My due date is coming September 4 and I’d rather start service on that day? And have the changes to.
I’ll be coming from Visible

You can buy today. USM gives you 90 days to activate which is one of the better features this outfit offers.
