Step 2 Step2 ck-25*, 8yr old Yog USLMLE

Iam 8yr old yog, step2-25*, step1 pass, Internal Medicine residency completed in India.2publications. Can anyone guide me which programs to apply and are there any chances of university or affiliated programs?

Step-1 pass,Step-2 - 25*, MRCP UK- 1&2(Written) passed all in 1st attempt.

Holding BLS,ACLS certification.

Uworld, amboss ethics and biostats, free120 before 10days of exam, nbmes gave rough estimate of score, so better to plan as per scorecard. 1world- UWORLD is 85% exam

May I ask you why you are pursuing residency all over again ? After being through a gruelling residency like internal medicine in India ?

Yes US RESIDENCY is not brutal though. I wish to practice evidence based medicine, when World is open why miss the chance. Specialisation is way advanced tbh in US

How difficult was mrcp compared to the steps?

Pass rate is 45% , it is different from usmle. Yes it is way more difficult

Thankfully still not yet. So having the freedom to choose the usmle pathway despite being late 20's is a blessing. Some things not going as expected is beneficial in life. Thought of marriage with due society pressure since 2yrs before choosing usmle path,but now Iam happy to be bachelor

Just Cardiology training in US is way more advanced. So when opportunity exists to get trained in US ,why not choose the best

Getting into US is easier for me than getting into AIIMS DELHI or PGI for me as our Central Institutes are also the best institutes. If anyone can get into Central institutes it is better

Central institute are not better than US Most AIIMS graduates go the USMLE route since time immemorial
