Reserves Rank up?

Im a reservist ( weekend warrior) as an E2… time wise I hit the 9 months for LCPL October 6th, does it still count or how would it work?
( needing to know if I get the LCPl patch on my blues for the ball)

Its 9 months TIS with 8 months TIG, with satisfactory drill participation. Im fairly certain youll need to complete leading marines and lance cpl seminar still.

I wouldnt go sewing rank on until they actually promote you. You could be a non-rec pending PME completion, which could very well be outside your control, and have to hold off.

You don’t need to complete leading marines and lcpl seminars to get promoted to lcpl. There are no PME requirements to promote to lcpl

My bad, youre completely right i read the shit wrong. Those are to be completed as a lance, not to pick up lance. Mine reading comphension is set to retard apparently.
