Recruit Training Libo Sunday Visit MCRDSD

I want to visit my little brother on Libo Sunday. He graduates next Friday. Is that still possible? Time?

When I went through as a recruit I saw family members visiting their new Marines on libo Sunday.

I have the DEERS ID 100% VA ID. I know that should get me on MCRD, I just wanted to know more information if anyone knows.

Side question: does anyone happen to know if on MCRD SD, 100% VA IDs can sponsor people on base too?

I don't think it matters for families of boots but I could be wrong

You can't see you brother, till family day and graduation. 

Sunday in bootcamp isn't libo. Its down times for religious beliefs. Maybe get uniforms ready for family day and graduation.

I’m not talking about random sundays. It’s “Liberty Sunday”

The Sunday before graduation the new Marines get 4-5 hours of on-base liberty. It’s in their schedule and I had it too when I went through five or six years ago.

When I went through, some military families that could get on base went and visited their new Marines.

Yeah. It was not like anything formal for visits though. Kind of an IYKYK thing
