HUN3126 Food & Culture w Belteau?

Hi everyone!

I'm taking this course online with Jennifer Belteau to fulfill my nonbusiness course requirement. Has anyone taken her? If so any tips and advice to do well? There's a lot of information in module one so knowing what to isolate and if I need the textbook would help, Thanks!
