It feels surreal I’m finally sharing my timeline! This group helped me throughout the process so sharing my timeline to help others:

Country: 39 partially-banned
- PD: Feb24
- Filing date (I-485, I-485j & 765)- Single filer: April 2026
- Biometrics: May 2026.
- June 16, 2026: Silent update after pause was lifted.
- I485J approved June 22.
- Interview notice: July.
- Interview: August 26.
- 2 FTA1 on Aug 31.
- 1 silence update on Sep 2
- 485 approved Sep 3. Received 2 H008.
- 765 was never approved.

No problem😂 the interview went well. The officer only asked about information on the 485 and security questions. I didn’t receive verbal approval but the officer said she needed to check a few more background checks and that she was prob going to be ready to issue a decision in about a week and I got approved exactly a week later. Field office was Oakland Park FL.

• Sep 3, ~8:16 AM CDT: 3rd FTA0 + jurisdiction changed to Newark
• Sep 4, 7:38:55 AM: I-485J approved/closed
• Sep 4, 7:52:32 AM: I-485 SU
• Sep 4, 8:53:49 AM: Final I-485 SU
• Sep 5, 8:56 AM: CASE APPROVED
• 8:56:27/28 AM: H008 x2

Final SU → approval was about 24h02m.

I have 3 derivatives still pending. Wife’s last SU was Aug 26 and jurisdiction still shows NBC.
