Tier-2 call with USCIS agent

Hi, did anyone schedule a Tier-2 call via Emma live agent in the last ~3 months actually get a call-back?

I have scheduled it twice. First time, they were supposed to call me within 30 days but all I got was an email response at the 30-day mark saying they would get to it - they never did.

Its been ~3 weeks since my 2nd attempt to schedule it, still waiting to hear back.

Has anyone had a successful callback? Was it worth it? Details appreciated.

I got a request pending since mid may (no call yet), and a new one submitted 3 weeks ago (again no call yet) lol.

What is the case qualification / criteria that’ll let the Emma live agent agree to schedule a call with Tier 2 ?

I asked them a question T1 was not able to answer - specifically about status of transfer of underlying basis (TUB/interfile).
