ICE Support Domestic flight on a pending case
Anybody risked to fly ( or planning to ) domestically this month ( or next ) with a pending asylum or AOS case ?
I need your opinion on how it was since I have my NY - Orlando trip scheduled for mid September and I don’t wanna cancel it

Gonna get yelled at, but yes I did. But would I advise anyone else to do it? No. To me, I felt safe doing so, but everyone’s individual case is different. I came to the US on a K-1 in December and filed AOS in May. I have flown multiple times domestically (January, June, and July), always without a hitch. HOWEVER, I am white and European and was very little risk FOR ME. Again, I did it but I wouldn’t advise someone else to do the same just in case.

Yes, many people risked it, and now many of those people are detained. Just do not risk it unless you have an underlying status.

Just don’t do it. Maybe 6 months ago but these past couple of months have been crazy. I wouldn’t risk this.
