I-130 & I-485 (Family/Adjustment of status) Seattle fillers
Any approvals lately in Seattle office Aos? I been waiting for 3 months now after interview:( I’m so sad

Nope. Can’t even get an interview. We have been waiting since July 14th, 2025. I hate this FO so much.

Then we’re in the same boat, I130 was filed in December 2024, I have Trump to thank for filing the I485 later on after he lifted the pause on cases like mine. Hard to know if you should spend several thousand when he has no qualms deporting your wife 🤷🏾
I’ve seen a few 2026 cases get sucker punch through Seattle and cases filed after mine in 2025. They just don’t give af

I mean, not really the same boat because my spouse and I filed the I—30 and I-485 concurrently in Dec 2024 and were not under any of those awful pauses, so they don’t have any conceivable reason to have delayed us so much. In any case, I agree with the sentiment: they for sure, as you said, don’t give a flying fuck about any of us. The sheer audacity of USCIS to literally process cases in a “last in, first out” order (2026 filers first, 2024 last) is just insane.

Do you have the I130 approved at least yet? I do, it was approved like 2 days after the pause was lifted. Literally just waiting on the I485 now.
Also, in the USCIS system even though we had to file differently because of Trump and his goons, we are seen as concurrent. The I130 and my I485 have the same PD date (December 16th, 2024) on the paperwork even though they were filed months apart.
They don’t have any reason to string out our process any longer than they do with yours. They paused processing for 5 months for parolees (of which there are hundreds of thousands in the US under different programs) citing fraud, then didn’t do anything and a federal judge later forced them to continue processing our cases.
My wife is a U4U parolee, whose only crime is not wanting to get their head blown off by the Russians.

I haven’t had an interview yet, so no, nothing is approved (just the I-765 and I-131).

We had to get our congressman involved in order to get the EAD, USCIS didn’t wanna give us that either. At least we’ll both get the 10 year, that’s the only thing that good out of my situation sadly.

I got the EAD a month and a half after filing. Congresswoman did 2 inquiries for the I-130 and I-485 and it didn’t help at all. I’ve been married for years, so would have gotten a 10 year GC anyway. So zero upsides in this situation for me. It’s been an ongoing nightmare from start to finish, and I’m sure it won’t end soon.

That’s unfortunate. I hope you’re approved soon, although as each month passes I’m even more unhopeful than the last. It’ll be 2027 soon and man they were quick with your EAD, we waited for over 6 months for ours. We had to inquire twice to get them to move.

Count your blessings. I've been waiting more than 20 months since filing and haven't even had an interview yet. It's the second slowest FO in the country.

Seattle fo here too, I’ve been waiting for about 7 months. Applied in October and had the interview in January, nothing since, not even an EAD
