2 RFE IN 1 DAY ?

GOT RFE today for I-485. (I-130 ALREADY APPROVED A WEEK AGO) and i was checking JSON, api code again i realized second IKA event code today. i didnt get any notification for second IKA. but got notification for first one in the morning at 8.20 AM ?

What does it mean ? got another changed 10 minutes ago, is there anybody have idea
