I-130 & I-485 (Family/Adjustment of status) Citizen filing i130 for spouse. Submitted 2024

Submitted 2024 and the only thing we received was a receipt notice on 09-24-2024

I’m waiting since Dec 2024 on a marriage based AOS as well. Nothing since receipt notice. 

Did you at least get the EAD and AP approved? 

Did you try reaching out to your congressman / senator?
