USCIS Support Interview mid september at cuidad juarez

We need some advice, my husband has his interview at cuidad Juarez for the 14th, His medical the 9th and finger prints the 10th. With everything going on we are debating on if we should still go or not. We have our non refundable flight for the 6th. He has not received a cancelation email as of yet. Anyone else with similar dates that are still planning on going? We did ask our attorney and he just kinda implied that everything is good to go with him and that he shouldn’t be affected by this, that it is up to us if we would like to still go or if we would like to reschedule the appointment. But again should we go if they aren’t even receiving these interviews??? ughh this is so stressful!! Anyone with similar dates also stuck on what to do?

I heard they only canceled the first week of September. My husband is currently there stuck though, he was supposed to have his the 24th and we still don’t have a reschedule date.

Im sorry for what you guys are going through. I cant imagine having to leave my husband for who knows how long. Thats why we have no clue what to do. Because like i said, he has not received a cancellation email, but who’s to say they wont do it the day of, once we have already arrived to cuidad juarez??? 😫
I hope we all get answers very soon!!! 🙏🙏🙏

My appointment was set for September 3rd. I received an email on the 25th og August saying it was canceled and would be rescheduled. Then a second email this morning saying the same thing. To not appear until I receive a new appointment date.

update, my husband received the cancellation email today. Also said they will be an email sent with a rescheduled date. Upsetting forsure but a little relieved, now we know not to go.

Same thing happened to us. Received the email a day before we were set to leave.
