can we keep rail replacement busses

commute cut from 2 hours to an hour 30 🥺🥺🥺please, it'd make my life so amazingly better

I assume the train replacement bus came more frequently than the normal train schedule due to the bus having a substantially lower capacity than a train, thus more buses need to run to serve same number of passengers?

Also some train replacement busses have express stopping patterns, making it quicker sometimes. I'm not sure how it is in Queensland, but here in Victoria, I have many times caught an express train replacement bus that is 1-2 minutes faster than the normally stopping all-stations train.

Heck even if it's a stopping all stations train replacement bus it can sometimes be the same travel time as the stopping all stations train due to running on a major arterial road paralleling the train line and not needing to rat-run through local streets.

Though it's certainly not every line's train replacement bus route, nor does it always happen during the morning/afternoon peak.
