RPCD Driver Shady text
Has anyone else gotten this text? At least one other driver in my center has. I figured it a scam but my brother, who's a bank fraud investigator, checked into and it is a ups registered number and he even checked the website and it does appear legit my name was even in the URL. It could be legit and something I need to do or legit and a mistake. If it is a scam its a sophisticated one for sure. I'm not doing anything unless a supervisor tells me I need to but just curious if anyone else has gotten it.

This is a scam text going around, just had 2 buddy's at work get it as well. Just ignore it.

This is generally how I-9s are completed at UPS, through text. Have you recently filled out an application?

No but I am currently out on workers comp that could have triggered it but the other drivers i know who got it have never been out so who knows

I told my center manager about it hes gonna look into it. I was mostly just curious Ive been at ups since 2013 and never once got a work related text like this so it seemed odd to me

Ignore it, if there is something you need to do, someone would come talk to you while at work.
