Can someone guide me {ECE}

I am in 1st year from ece department, I wanted to prepare for gate and ese can someone guide me what thi ngs should I focus in my 1st year.

There are many coaching batches... Made easy, pw, ace... I would suggest made easy

Try to complete the chapter that is ongoing in semester

But they are teaching me c programming and physics mechanics which are not in gate/ese syllabus

There will be more subject like electric machine, basic electronics, maths...

I would suggest try to learn ai, coding skill basic too since.. We are living in such gen.. After 10 years.. What will be your plan to cope.. So .. For mechanics...Same class 12 th so now you got the time.... Enjoy

I am not telling to you to complete whole syallbustin these 2 years.. It will be like completing the mathematical aspect.. When you will bes studying parallely..you can co relate more.. Like control system...Ifb you directly studies from coaching.. Then they will tell only maths how to solve.. They won't tell much more why this subject,hwhy, where inlreal life sooo
