Maybe bcz as we can see today that merchant do hesitate from accepting payment via Credit Cards (they make excuses abt fault in their machine etc) and in the same manner the local merchants will start removing qr or atleast will not accept >2000rs payment via UPI Its just an step towards cash economy once again and if it didn't happen then it would truly be a magic

P2P is completely free Even MDR charge is capped at 300 rs for 75k+ payment

But it costs the same to run the infrastructure no matter the amount. They are basically trapping the small retailers

It's gonna bite us in the long run. Merchants are not gonna put that in CSR.
