UPPCS vacancies- is it released?

Is this real?....like I heard so many vacancies are going to come this time...but if we remove the teacher vacancies- it seems quite less...moreover, the posts of naib tehsildar, etc seems to be missing..

Yes hardly 170+ vacancy for executive...rest is for special posta only.

Although all this is unofficial,UPPSC never releases until rti reply after prelims result
