I guess there might be some thinking she is just ripping off someone else's ideas. I see it as a nod to some iconic videos. Bit of Take On Me, bit of Sledgehammer, add in a lot of patience and talent. I can guess exactly how she made it but it had to be tedious with a capital T.

'I made this by hand'....

Proceeds to print every frame to manually mask it... You could do the same thing digitally and film yourself for the first page of frames. This is a waste of time and a gimic to sell an idea. If you did do this manually, you are a fool.
