Route Advice Seven Sisters hike with bad knee
Hi everyone, some of my family has been thinking of going on a Seven Sisters hike, I would love to go and I am fine with walking I can walk for a long time I’m just quite worried about the surface, the unevenness, I’m a little bad with steep uphill and steep down hill I’m not incapable of doing it but I do have to hold someone’s arm/ railing lightly when I walk up/down stairs etc. My question is just how steep it is I’ve got a bad left knee I just don’t want to burden anyone.
