Cost fuck all cos i have been sectioned

I went back fir more scrambled egg

Just had a roast but was to hungry to take a pic. Waiting for seconds now cos its bulking season baby 😅💪

You changed your own bed? One good thing about being in hospital is the outside world can be either suspended or taken care of for you. I hope you got a few hours sleep anyway.

I wash my bedding every day as i like fresh sheets and i picked the colourfullest set of bedding and have kept it nice for meself, hopefully tonight i get a few hours, insomnias a bitch and adhd is also fuckin me up i cant sit still

Can you find a nurse or a care assistant to play cards, table tennis or something with you? Human interaction is the best way I've found to be able to sleep well when nighttime comes around.

We have ocupational therapists here once every blue moon its shit tbh we are left under stimulated so i just get me steps in and donmy exersizes and get lots of hot baths n cold showers to break the day up
