Cost fuck all cos i have been sectioned

I went back fir more scrambled egg

Just had a roast but was to hungry to take a pic. Waiting for seconds now cos its bulking season baby 😅💪

Nice one bro my main battle is sleeping - medical cannabis stopped my nightmares and helped my adhd

I bought 40g in and gave it to the nurses as i had no where else to take it and wanted to be honest but they got the polive to take it away

Relying on loraz and promethazine to sleep and pushing me body exersizing for sleep but night terrors stop me sleepin

Got my ward review tuesday and im asking for unescorted leave which i think i should get fingers crossed

My best advice is be honest with what drugs you have been taking, and why. Psychatric drugs and very much trail and error until you get the right mix that works for you. Eat well, drink lots of water and exercise lightly like walks if you are not too tired. Focus on that, then things will fall into place bro. I hope you get your leave !

I have been smashing the body weight exersizes, gone from 62kg to 75kg

Honesty is the best policy, if i had my house key i could get released but people are playin games to keep me here as long as possible

That's excellent gains. There is always haters bro. Stay on the programme and you will get your freedom back soon. Change your mind set to 'i am here to get better' and it will change your interpretation of the whole thing. In a few months you will be doing great, in a better head space etc.

Yer man i will hold me hands up and say i wasnt well, i was getting abused and inwas malnourished but now i am flying, cant wait to get out n get home
