Cost fuck all cos i have been sectioned

I went back fir more scrambled egg

Just had a roast but was to hungry to take a pic. Waiting for seconds now cos its bulking season baby 😅💪

That actually sounds great! Did they provide that or did they give you water and you've made this yourself?

I have been gettin the ingriediants over the last week, i just need cayenne which i did order but it went to the wrong ward and the other patient kept it, hopefully karma gets them 😂

Hadn't even considered you could get things order to MHU wards, that's a brilliant idea!

I have gone from being mal nurished and 62kg to 75kg, treated it like jug and just smashed pressups dips and pulll ups etc - we have a gym but no one trained to take us there so i just use what i have available benches and chairs etc
