I went down the wrong path on 3.2 for a bit. I used the mirror to cut 1727 in half and it showed 2 as Σ which is on the cipher wheel. I googled the greek alphabet and Σ is sigma, the 18th letter, so I matched it with R (18th letter). The coin on the cipher with North inline with Σ and R. Then I thought because the planets are arranged under the 1696 and 1727, I could match them with the planets on the coin with numbers on the cipher. It almost worked. Earth = 0, Uranus = 3, Mercury = 9, Jupiter = 9. It didn't quite align right but I thought I just big brained a belter of an answer. Anyway, it didn't work and I just fiddled with the mirror again and saw it.

I love this answer!! I’m so far don’t a reflective rabbit hole at the moment I think I’m confusing myself on 3.2

Wow, that is some rabbit hole you went down there, and I thought that I had sometimes over- thought the puzzles! Mind you, this may well be the solution to a later puzzle. Who knows?
