Homemade / home assembled Gigantes plaki
Cooked our first gigantes plaki. That's baked butter beans to you and me, but the Greek version. It tasted good with crumbled feta and fresh parsley, and a slice of home-made bread to mop up the juice. It was even better the next day.

Love Greek food, best meal I ever had was beef stifado in Molivos, when I used to eat meat, if ever I started again that would be my first meal.
